About the Free to Grow Program

β€œThe Free to Grow Program nurtures the physical, social, emotional, and mental well-being of children and youth by funding recreational and life-skill opportunities such as sports, arts, camps, driver's education training and leadership development.

Funding is available for children and youth, ages 0 to 18, who live in Guelph and Wellington County, whose families are living below the low-income cut-off.

Eligibility:

Children from birth through 18 years of age (must be 18 years at time of application).

  1. Children who live in Guelph or Wellington County.

  2. Families must provide documentation to show your family size and income.

  3. Families with incomes below the following household income levels (based on Line 236 - net adjusted income).”
