a camp counsellor when they grow up? The Leader-In-Training program is a great start!
Program Information
LITs in the 1.0 and 2.0 programs will get the opportunity to spend 1 week learning what makes a great counsellor in a fun and interactive way through a mix of presentations and hands-on activities.
After a week of learning about safety, goal setting, responsibility, team building, planning, and leading activities or games , LIT’s have a practical placement week at camp. They are supported by a counsellor and the LIT program coordinator to reach goals they have identified.
LIT 1.0 is a two-week program geared towards those who are 11 and 12 years of age that would like to learn more of what it means to be a camp councillor.
You can choose between Session #1 and #2
Session 1: July 2nd - 5th & July 8th - 12th 2024
Session 2: August 6th - 9th & August 12th - 16th 2024
$375 for a 2 week session**
LIT 2.0 is a two-week program geared towards those who are 13 and 14 years of age.
